Pleasantly surprised by how much flavor was in my dish! All of the ramen places so far I’ve had before today have been very bland and not spicy. I appreciate the server warning me that the spicy miso would probably need to have extra spice added since I love spicy food. So I did do a 3 and it was perfect. I like that the spice didn’t take away from the flavor. Some places haven’t managed to give me both spice and flavor most times I’m left with one or the other but this place did just right! Nowwwww I did laugh when I saw the little meat patty, luckily I took my food to go so I was able to add more chicken to my ramen. I’d definitely recommend trying them out! And they are decently priced as well.

We had a great experience at Hinodeya Ramen & Bar. The spicy edamame was packed with flavor and made a perfect appetizer. The spicy miso ramen with pork was absolutely delicious, rich, comforting, and full of flavor. Every bite was worth it. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic ramen in the Dallas area.

What a great experience! They had several vegetarian options to choose from, which I really appreciated. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I tried the vegetarian creamy special ramen, and it was absolutely amazing—rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. The green gyoza was a standout and honestly one of the best appetizers I’ve had. It was unique, fresh, and incredibly tasty. The staff was also very welcoming, attentive, and friendly, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a ramen spot with great vegetarian choices and excellent service, I highly recommend this place!

Tried the dry noodle based on the server’s recommendation , unfortunately,not for me. The toppings were mostly cold, including the egg, which was soft-cooked, and the dish felt heavy and greasy. I didn’t feel great afterward. Added extra bamboo but the portion didn’t seem worth the price. Service was okay. Parking was inconvenient.

I arrived here just before 2p for lunch and was promptly greeted and seated by the staff. I ordered the Pork Katsu with curry at spice level 1 and an order of regular edamame (it is available in spicy for those that like that). The edamame was cooked to perfection and probably the best I have had to date which I wasn’t expecting. My Katsu curry was also perfect! I didn’t have to fight to bite the katsu and the outside was perfectly crunchy and crispy. Dipping the Katsu with the curry and a some greens was really tasty. I will absolutely be returning! Thank you for making my lunch much more enjoyable than anticipated.
